The thread with more information can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=65919400&postcount=707 FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS IN THE GUIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I HAVE NOT USED THE GUIDE, NOR AM I RESPONSIBLE IF IT BRICKS YOUR PHONE (well, makes your phone brickier lol). This is a fairly common issue with the LG G4, supposedly with models manufactured before September. The phone will randomly power off and reboot itself into a never-ending loop.   19. Sean Meston : the LG G3 had a motherboard issue that caused the screen to flicker and gradually fade. The SIM card tray had issues to, but LG denied they could find an issue. They are useless!

  25. David S : Same thing happened to me a year and a half later and lg still has this problem. I got my phone in june of 2016. The touchscreen on the lg g4 is really buggy at least oce every few days it would bug out and start tapping random things on the screen and it would bring me to random places. Now I have the boot problem. It would loop about 3 - 4 times then shut down and I would have to remove the bttery and plug it in and power and same thing would happen.

  30. robertosmitho2012 : it happened to my lg gpad 8.3 and because i got it from a shady person who sold it to me i dont have the receipt so after i explain the boot loop problem to lg support for a solution so i csn fix it they send me a message saying i have to send it with proof of purchase and they will replace it if it cant be fixed never saying they experience this problem before and this is how to fix it...so im back to square one because they totally ignore me saying i dont have the receipt
